Need to order something during the festive seasons?

Here is some important information for you to keep in mind so you do not run out of medication/food etc. over Christmas and New Years.

Regular medication and food orders

Last orders to be placed on the 23rd December

(*This will then be delivered to the practice on the 24th December - dependent if it is in stock or not)

The next date to order and receive next-day delivery would be the 30th December. (*Orders will then be ready for collection from the practice on the 31st December - dependent if they are in stock or not)

'Special' medication orders

We recommend ordering this 1 week before Christmas to allow sufficient time for it to reach the practice for you to collect please.

(*Check how much you have to last you and make sure you do not stop any prescribed medication suddenly)

Online orders through 'Our.Vetshop' for home deliveries

If you would like to receive any home deliveries before Christmas, you will need to place your orders in by the 12th December to allow enough processing time to accommodate that.

Normal ordering and delivery should commence from the 2nd January 2025!
