With reports of high temperatures in the forthcoming week, we would like to reassure you that we are still here for you and your pets

• Our surgery is air conditioned to maintain a safe and comfortable temperature for your pet 😎

• Feel free to wait inside - you do not need to wait outside in the heat

• If your visit is scheduled for Monday the 18th or Tuesday the 19th of July and is not urgent, we suggest you consider rescheduling your appointment

• We advise that you travel to the surgery in an air conditioned vehicle🚙

• If you forget to bring water for you or your pet, let us know and we will be happy to provide it 💦

• Please do not walk your pet to the surgery, the pavements will be too hot for paws to touch 🐾

• In an emergency proceed to the surgery in any way you can 🚨
