Starting Thursday 24th February, we would like to welcome you back into the surgery, for appointments only initially.
Please respect the following when attending your appointment:
We ask that you wait in the carpark and alert our attention by phone, waving or knocking on the door.
We ask that one person per pet attend the appointment.
A member of the team will invite you in when the vet is ready.
We ask that all clients wear a face covering. If you have forgotten a mask, please ask a member of the team for one.
Please use the hand sanitiser before and after your visit.
Please respect our staff and allow them space to work.
We do NOT accept cash; we do accept card payments or online payments.
Please do NOT visit the surgery if you are currently testing positive for COVID 19.
If you wish to order or collect your pre ordered food and medications, we ask that you wait outside, and a member of our team will attend to you in the carpark.
